By creating an account or using AgentMart, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Platform

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use AgentMart for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code.

Subscription Plans

AgentMart offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all property data, photos, and documents you upload. By uploading, you grant AgentMart a limited licence to store, process, and display that content to provide the service (including your public portal).

Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

AgentMart is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
